Do I need a design?

If you have a design that's great! You can upload it or send it to us via email info@bracessupport.com. We will provide you with a free quote.
If you don't have a design drawing, our design team can draw the design drawing of the character based on some pictures and inspirations you provide to confirm with you, and then start making samples.
We guarantee that your design will not be manufactured or sold without your authorization, and we can sign a confidentiality agreement with you. If you have a confidentiality agreement, you can provide it to us, and we will sign it with you immediately. If you don't have one, we have a generic NDA template that you can download and review and let us know that we need to sign an NDA, and we'll sign it with you right away.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We fully understand that your company, school, sports team, club, event, organization doesn't need huge quantity of sports braces, in the beginning you guys prefer to get a trial order to check the quality and test the market, we are very supportive, that's why our minimum order quantity is 100pcs.

Can I get a sample before deciding on a bulk order?

Absolute! You can. If you're planning to start mass production, prototyping must be the best place to start. Prototyping is a very important stage for both you and us as a sports braces manufacturer. For you, it helps to get a physical sample that you are happy with, and you can modify it until you are satisfied. For us as a sports braces manufacturer, it helps us to evaluate production feasibility, cost estimates, and listen to your candid comments. We are very supportive of your ordering and modification of prototypes until you are satisfied with the start of bulk ordering.

What is the average turnaround time for a sports brace project?

The total duration of the sports brace project is expected to be 2 months. It will take 15-20 days for our team of designers to make and modify your prototype. It takes 20-30 days for mass production. Once the mass production is completed, we will be ready to ship. Our standard shipping, it takes 25-30 days by sea and 10-15 days by air.
