Customized or personalized sports& medical braces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. In this case, the Wayeah team will do their best to work with you to correct the problem.

We welcome returns or exchanges on eligible products and orders accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date. Returned products must be in good condition with original packaging and tags. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30 day period. Responsibility for the item and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility until the item reaches us.

We offer exchanges or refunds. Refunds will be credited to the account where the original purchase was made. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a fault on our end.
